Sure you need talent in radio but is it all behind the microphone? Like it or not its the sales staff that helps everyone else in the office get paid. It’s been said that “sales” is where the real money is in radio. With today’s economy, though, it has become increasingly competitive and more difficult to rely on old tactics alone. All advertisers want the biggest bang for their buck and it is a buyers market right now.
